Stumble/hesitation on acceleration or when under load S60 2002

I ahve exactly the same problem with my NA 2.4 2001: It is just a split-second hesitation during acceleration must noticable in 2nd and 3rd gear. I have this almost from the beginning. Dealer replaced ETM and ECM software (I think I had in total some 5 upgrades). But still this "problem" pops up. Since it is not reproducable it is hard to find. I am afraid it is the TM too. Since you have a 2002 which has a better TM of a different manufacturer, this actually could mean it is NOT the TM. Like in your case idle is perfect.

The spark plugs? Don't think so (but not sure): Now 10k kms old
Variable resistor with blind spot: Interesting idea.

Next service I will report to dealer again.
