rear shock mounting nut 850 1997

So, can I replace only the bushing or do I have to replace the whole shock? Does the shock come with proper bushing? Thanks.

I checked my wagon just now and that's the exact problem!

1997 850 wagon, 130k miles
1995 850 GLT, 212k miles
