I had the same problem with my driver's seat-no recline. Somewhere in this site there are directions on how to do it yourself. It requires removing the seatback and shortening the sheath for the recline cable. I did it in about an hour, but I am a mechanic by profession. It is my wifes car and I scored many points by fixing it. We love our 850. Good luck.
