From everything I've heard or read, Volvo did not import the 850 Turbo w/manual transmission in the US. Try looking for a V70 T5 w/5 speed. I think there were a limited number imported. While technically you could take an 850 Turbo with an automatic and replace it with a 5 speed, the money you would spend doing it would exceed the value of the car and would probably cost more than the V70 Turbo 5 speed.
