Low oil pressure light

Sam, is the sub frame difficult to remove if the car is on jack stands or should I shuck the bucks? I want to put in Viton o rings, expensive but tolerates oil (doesn't do well with water) and heat to 400F and should almost last the lifetime of the car. Appreciate your input to date.
