too good to be true? V70-XC70 1998

just because your paranoid doesnt mean they arnt all out to get you....

basically assume its a wrong-un, go lookign for evidence to prove it...if you cant find any evidence go with your gut...sometimes you just look at a car car and KNOW its wrong but cant prove it...go look at 10 others, same model, same age, get used to what they SHOULD look like at various milages etc then work out what this one DOES look like..

to tell you a story i very nearly bought a very nice audi 80 diesel estate (wagon). took my brotehr to look at it (he sells car body panels * paint and is in the trade) he said 'I dont like it but i dont know why - theres something weird about it) We spent a weekend looking at Audi 80's and then went back and straight away he spotted it - they ALL get green under the edges of the head lights NO exceptions apart from this one.... we had a VERY hard look at it and concluded it had had a heavy front end impact (lights, grill, panles, wings, bonnet) all very nicely replaced very pro but none the less if we hadnt looked at a load of them we would NEVER have spotted it
