cruise control V70-XC70 1999

Recheck the vaccum lines. Blow into them and make sure they don't leak. If they are OK, check the electrical connections under the battery.(what a terrible place to put anything) I had a bad connection on my 850 about 2 weeks ago. It was hard to fine. I went to the junk yard and got another module and replaced it and fixed 2 leaks and it still wouldn't work. Luckily I had another male plug that I got from the junk yard. I spliced it in and connected it up and the CC worked. Battery acid had leaked into the old conector and messed it up. I even took the module and put it on top of the battery so the battery acid won't get to it anymore. 3 times in the last 1 1/2 years battery acid has eaten thourgh a vaccum line.
