It takes only about half an hour to do a complete flush, so go ahead and do that. Doing a partial flush isn't all that useful, in my opinion, as it takes forever to get the crud out of the system that way, while using more tranny fluid and taking a lot more time overall.

I did it a month or so ago. It was easy.
