Where is the 'tool kit' located? 850 1995

I just printed out the 1995, 850 turbo wagon features and it listed a tool kit? I don't sem to have one--where should it be? It also said prewired for Volvo CD changer--does that meen the wires run to the back already? Thanks!!!
