Air Conditioning Problems 850 1995

If you figure this out, please post your fix.

I have the exact same symptoms in my 1995 850T. A/C works fine from a cold start and/or when the day is cool and/or when highway driving. However if the car has been parked in the sun, or if it is very hot day, or if I am doing city driving, the A/C works fine for about 10 minutes, then cooling cuts out. Turn off the A/C for a few minutes, then turn it back on, and blows cool for several minutes, and then warms up. No issue with fan, or thermostat (at least to the extent the thermostat controls fan speed).

Just had the car in to a shop, they checked the A/C system - no leaks - and recharged it. Couldn't get the A/C to cut out because they weren't going to drive it around. On way home from shop, the A/C cut out again so clearly it is some other issue.
