Condition at:

Starting: any problems?

Idle: Neutral Gear. rpm = ?
Does it surge by itself?

Driving: when does it surge?
Under what condition?

Check for vacuum leak?



Please also list your maintenance records so we can help you troubleshoot the problem
Cap
Rotor
Sp plugs
Air Filter
Idle Air Valve...This is my suspicion
Fuel Filter
