I thought I had asked for road lights- In the mean time I pulled a bulb and found it was an H1
I went on ebay and ordered a pair for 8 bucks with double the candlepower.
To answer your questions- my response is yes to both, the lights that are installed are white in color and don't seem to go beyond the headlights.
