air in the steering servo system? V70-XC70 2001

Earlier this year one of the tubes in the steering servo system jumped off when maneuvering in my job-garage (with concrete floor).
The failure was fixed easy and fast by my service firm.

All well seemingly, but..
After this little insident I have got an annoying (notsoloud) noise which reminds me strongly of a pump with air inside it. (Had a fuel-pump on my old 745 who each time gave me that noise a few kilometres before the fueltank was empty. Rather convenient.)

Is it possible after several thousand kilometres after the new steering-servo fuel upfilling that it is air in the system?
