Possibly bad steering rack? Suggestions......... S70

I replaced my rack over the summer. The vibrations you feel don't sound like a failed rack to me however. Sounds more like the normal suspension/wheel/tire/brake items.

When mine failed it was REALLY sloppy on the highway and went through a quart of fluid about every 5 miles......Basically it was almost pouring out the boots.
