Evaporator replacement

the winshield wiper moror has to come out. the entire dashboard has to come out. the steering wheel has to be removed. the center console has to be removed. once this is done you will have access to the hvac unit wich must be removed. the evaporator is inside the hvac unit wich is easily opened using a t25 torex screwdriver. i work at a volvo shop and have done a few. takes me about 6 hours.my first one took me 11 hours.
