Increase HP on s70a S70 1998

I assume this is a non-turbo engine. My first advice would be to dump is for a turbo. The non-turbo options are limited and expensive, which makes you wonder how much money you want to spend on a car that's worth around $10,000. But this site has a discussion and links to the various chip, exhaust, and throotle body providers.
