HU-801 CD Player S80 1999

OK, after alot of tugging and bending(without breaking anything!), I was able to remove the CD/Radio from the console. Where do I go from here? The radio works fine, however the CD player shows an "error" msg. and does not except or discharge my 4 CD's. It will not play any of the CD's that are currently installed. I am willing to open it up, but was hoping for any advice before I do! Thanks
