Front suspension problems ..with seats..can anyone help.. 850 1995

I had the same problem. I replaced strut mounts, spring seats, struts (Bilstein HD) and sway bar links as well as the rear shocks and mounts. I did this on both my 94 855 and 95 854 at the same time. Within a year and less than 15,000 on either car, one spring seat on each car failed - one driver's side, one passenger side. I had used ScanTech parts when I did the work last year.

Did you use Volvo parts or aftermarket? If aftermarket parts aren't holding up, it definitely isn't worth the price difference when you have to go through the labor effort to repair.
