Starter or Solenoid? 850 1997

Have u ever try jump start the car..?
Open the starter cover and you will see three electrical terminals. using 1 feet cable, connect the solenoid terminal with the battery.
If nothing happen then definitely the starter otherwise you need to check/clean the PNP.
