On the "inner" door panel insert (where the interrior door handle is located) the vinyl plastic lamination will begin to bubble up (lift off - separate) from the foam subsurface it is attached to. Not too pretty. My front passenger door has the disease. Volvo wants about $300 per door to repair. There is a kit availabe to fix it, with that kit some independents will repair at about $150 per door. You can also buy a new entire door panel (of course they do not sell the insert separately) for about $400 each door. If you figure out how to do this labor intensive job for under $100 per door, you will make a mint.
