DIY method. You will need about 25 feet of level space (i've done it in 10) and a wall.
Put your bumper about 1 inch from the wall. Tape a piece of paper infront of each light and mark the pattern of brightest light on the wall. Back the car to 25 feet and align the lights to the original pattern. Never higher. This will also allow you to align left/right.
