Installing Crossbars on Eurorails V70-XC70 2004

YES and it should have come with the aero bars. It is TORX wrench, with a center hole to fit the anti-tamper device. The special tool also has a flat screw driver end to twist the top cover attachment screws. Also, this ingenious tool has a mini-torque indicator, to indicate when you have the anti-tamper TORX screws tight enough.

It's obvious that you do not have one, so I'd recommend you ask your Volvo dealership if they have a spare one you could borrow or buy. I'd also suggest you tell us what city you're living in, if you would like to borrow someone's.

Best of luck.
