Climate Control Blower - No blower on setting 4 850 1994

While I don't have the manual climate control, I believe the manual control has two fuses, one for speeds 1-3 and the second for 4th speed. When using speeds 1-3 the power runs through a resistor pack to restrict the voltage so the motor runs slower. In position 4, it feeds the full 12+ volts to the motor, allowing it to run at full speed. Check the fuses, one of them may be blown.
