Greetings,

Had the same problem years ago on a VW Jetta. The caliper piston was jammed and caused that sides pads to wear down very quickly (weeks). The car also pulled to the opposite side, but only at highway speeds. Another clue was loss of fuel economy. Did not have the tire wear that I remember.

Replaced the caliper, both front rotors and a new set of pads solved the problem.

I mention the VW because it was a front wheel drive setup similar to the S60.
