Alignment problem V70-XC70

This car is an awd. Did you have all four wheels aligned? Check the tie rod bushings for wear. Hitting a curb enough to cause wheel damage could bend all kinds of stuff.
Are all of your wheels the same kind now? I assume the tires are all the same. Your awd (98 99 00) is not very sophisticated and MUST have all four wheels the same, or you will ruin the awd.
Are your abs and tracks lights working on your dash when you turn the key to on? I have great difficulty making my awd slip, even on the lake.
