My new (to me) '94 850 turbo sedan is tripping a 2-3-1 fault code (Long term fuel trim partial load). I clear the code and it re-trips in about 2-3 weeks. Overall the car runs well, but it may be running rich. The tail pipe seems rather sooty (compared to my Honda), and I'm getting 22 mpg on the highway and maybe 15 or 16 mpg in town. Is that low gas mileage for an 850 turbo?

Anyway, if anyone has run across this problem before, I'd appreciate the help.
