Reduced power warning light on 2001 V70

Driving home tonight my car lost most of it's power. The message center said "reduced power" I think.I made it home the last 6 miles at 20-35 MPH. No acceleration and it is missing. When it stops raining I will check the spark wires but where do I go next? 2001 V70 52000 miles Jeff
