Geoff, are you sure they are LED's. My 94 850 had 12volt lamps and I replaced several using a #7219 Micro Lamp from Radio Shack (p/n 272-1092C). Some are a little tricky to remove without damaging the switch, but if you're careful you can replace them easily and for about a buck apiece.
