is there a block heater for my s70 S70

Does anyone haave the part number for the block heater to fit the '99 S70 T5?
(Or the 850, since so many of the 850 parts are the same?)
It's not so much a question of not starting,as it is a question of the long idling time to get the oil heated up in the morning. I suspect that the price of gas will offset a reasonable cost of the block heater prety shortly.
