Hello...
I successfully reaffixed almost my entire headliner (sunroof included) that came loose due to a change of climate/relocation about 8 years ago in my 760.
Yes, you can fix it using an aerosol adhesive, but this tends to be only a temporary solution. To fix it permanently you can brush on a thin layer of
non-toxic contact cement (the white stuff) to the panel (not the headliner fabric), allow to dry for about an hour and then carefully rub the headliner fabric back into it's original place.
