Five Years Old S40-V40 2000

We've had ours for 5.5 years. It currently has about 80k miles. A few problems all fixed under warranty: 1) cracked engine mount, 2) master brake cylinder, and 3)frayed driver's side seat belt. Besides that our only complaint is that we have to replace the front brake pads every 15k miles or so. Thankfully we haven't had to replace the rotors yet.

We plan to keep it for another 5 years. Our next car will probably be a Toyota Prius, mainly because of its gas mileage, not that we don't like Volvos. Our hope is Volvo will have a hybrid car by 5 years in which we'll probably buy that.
