Serpentine Tensioner Replacement 850 1993

I get a little squeak in the mornings from my 850, too. I think I can replace the tensioner assembly OK. Do Ineed the entire assembly or just the pully wheel? Should I also replace the idler wheel while I am in there? How difficult is that job? Thanks!
