Lewismug....I had S70

a 90 740 as well and I did the timing on that myself! That was a "cake walk" compared to the new 850/70 series. I highly recommend you get a good indy or Volvo dealer to replace it. It will be $300 well spent that could save you $3500 in a failed belt or wrong belt install head damage. After my own assesment, I gladly paid the $300 to the dealer to have it done!
