Mark's solution worked to a tee. Removed the light in total from car via his three interior screw suggestion, popped 8 clips to remove external lense and gain access to a socket into plastic receptor that had popped loose in a prior accident. Pressed the plastic bulb shell to re-seat the ball and socket connection and all is well. Great advice. thanks Mark
