John's unrepeatable message is the correct one. A quick change oil place and other franchises have a problem with their crew. Turnover is extremely high, emphasis is on speed of service and not quality. The "kid" under the car doesn't even know what kind of car just drove up. They tend to 'loose' bolts for the air cleaner, along with adding some kind of fluid to your water.
At $25 for an oil change, something we can do for considerably less, you are better off to go to the dealer and get charged $35. At least you get the right oil and filter for your car. The newer Volvos have a removable filter in a hard case, which must frustrate the Jiffy places.
Don't go there,
Klaus
