2 years for an ABS light? Vitor can fix your abs problem easily. But you have lots of other problems. The right front locking up is probably a bad piston which has developed into a bad caliper, won't know until you take it apart. The rear brakes will also need to be re-done, the ABS regulates the pressure for the rears but you neglected to fix the ABS for about $150.
As for the speedo no longer working, who cares? Fix the brakes first, check all of the stored codes and get a tune up.
