OBD 2 - O2 sensor 850

Yeah either the O2 sensor is unplugged or the harness is damaged. Without the two inputs I believe the ECU defaults to a rich setting, and that will hurt your gas mileage. But it is odd you aren't getting a DTC code. Which sensor does it see?
