Hi Laurie,
The "Volvo" unit in your car is actually produced by Alpine, so you should stay with an Alpine changer. Volvo decided to make it hard for us to install aftermarket stuff in our cars so they had Alpine reverse the pin order for factory installed. The VolAlp is what switches it back.
