Headlight switch recall ? V70-XC70 1999

I have a copy of the recall letter in front of me and it states that a defect exist in the headlight switch of certain model year 1998-2000 S70, V70, C70 & V70XC. The letter is dated January, 2005, no recall campaign number is listed. If you have any questions contact Volvo Customer Relations 800-458-1552
