blower motor 850 1993

I have disassembled the lower panel of passenger-side dash board and have figured out how to remove the glove-box without breaking it. I have removed all four screws from the blower motor housing but the compressed air tank for the passenger-side airbag prevents me from removing the blower motor. Do I really need to remove the bolts from the bracket holding the compressed air tank to get it out of the way or is there some other 'secret' way of removing the blower motor?
