You should look at what work is needed on each. Unless there is a major specific problem that will prevent your safe use of it, I would take the turbo due to the lower mileage. Many Volvos go well beyond 130K. Although some Volvos, Mercedes, etc. run beyond 200,000, this would be unusual unless the car had largely suburban/highway driving. I've had 2 Volvos and a Saab that went to 200,000 but then had catastrophic failures like a broken valve or trans failure that would not be worth fixing. Those all had more city than suburban/highway use. Between 120000 and 200000 there were increasing numbers of repairs, though none very serious. My current 95 850 has 125000 and is just beginning to need first-time attention to non-routine things such as spring seats, wheel bearings, oil seals.
