You took it all apart???? There are holes in the rear rotor which are just large enough for a 1/4inch flat screwdriver. The adjustment "wheel" gets turned up or down with the screwdriver blade held horizontially. You will need a flash light to see the star wheel and you will not be able to see the star wheel and the screwdriver at the same time. Feel only.
I did my 1995 last month.
