Klaus, perhaps you are right, but I've done some research on this. It appears the Columbas came in 2 different directional wheels. Otherwise, how would you explain the different part numbers for 'left' and 'right' for only this model and finish of wheels?
(9134402-left silver, 9166315-right silver)

But honestly, I've never seen a car with all wheels in the forward swept design. Anybody have one??
Maybe one part number was never made available to purchase.

Ah well, he just wanted caps. But it's an interesting mystery.
