The bad news is that it is a specialized vacuum line, part of the PVC system and can be expensive. Try calling FCPGroton or IPD, the dealer markup is more than the shipping charge.
Before ordering, check the line that comes down from the oil filler cap, you will probably want to change that one too. And clean out the oil separator box behind the intake manifold - which means an intake gasket too!
