Have the same car and year and am working on the exact problem. So far I have found the pump for the rear is not functioning when pressing the button. Wipers yes, pump no. I found the pump ok as I hot wired it. This brings it down to the switch in the stalk or the relay. First check if you hear your pump when pressing the button. Turn ign on only so you can hear if pump works. If it does your inline filter, located under a panel at the back right may be plugged.
