Bad oil leak S70 1998

thanks for the advice, but despite my best efforts, I am unable to acess the torx? screw that hold the retaining clip on the lower metal portion of the line. Do I need a special tool or what? I have thrown everthing at it and had to give up. There is just no room in their. Is it necessary to remove the oil filter? Any help would be appreciated.
