If this is like my 94, it is difficult to get to, but can be done. Oil filter has to be off. I used a number of wobble joint extensions 1/4 inch drive to get out the torx. There are two lines held in by one screw. The worst for me was the 10 mm (I think) bolt holding the metal portion of the lines to the block. Again, patience and a number of different tools helped. Bay 13 Volvospeed has some info. also.
