Replace the Evap valve, there is an upgraded one availible. Couple of hundred if the dealer does it.

The service light can be turned off using your computer and the little button, see the FAQs. Or Volvospeed.com/maintenance

That's the evap system flooding your engine.

You will have to find out where that noise is coming from. A lot of 850s just need an another can of r134a.

Save all paper work for the next owner. You can always cut off your name and address, but make sure the date and milage are on it.
