850 turbo accelerate on its own 850 1995

The car is a 1995 850 turbo. 3 weeks ago its started to accelerate when stopping making it dificult to stop, It happens few times during the day. Yesterday I clean the engine (always taken care of the water that gets into the sparkplugs sockets, etc.)Now the problem is worse its accelerate to 4000rpm then to idle (idles perfectly)I clean the tps contacts and the Flow meter connectors and no luck, any ideas. Thanks RSC
