Alcohol fuel 1998

John

DON'T use it if your car is not a flex fuel vehicle. I don't think it is either. You'll damage lots of pieces in your car, especially seals that are not rated for alcohol.

You need to change too much stuff in the car as well as change the map of the computer. Stainless steel fuel lines, etc, etc.

I can't find a conversion kit either.

As an aside using the E85 will yield at least 5 mpg LESS than gas. The 38cent differential gets less and less since you need to use more E85 for the same miles driven with gas. At this point you will be saving the Earth only, not money. A good idea but no more $ in your pocket.
